A vehicle that automatically reports mileage covered during the life of a contract adds significant cost benefits to the contract hire and leasing industry – particularly on a lengthy 3 year, non-maintained contract. A vehicle may have significant excess mileage but your first knowledge will be when it is returned at the end of the contract.

Tracking vehicles has in the past been a costly issue – the potential excess mileage loss was often less than the cost of installing and tracking an entire fleet. Our Mileagetrak product is designed to solve your excess mileage problems at a cost that makes commercial sense – around £10 per month, dependent on term, for the entire system including installation.

             
Mileagetrak can:

• Monitor your entire fleets vehicle mileage and produce comparison reports to the parameters you have defined – so you only view the exceptions and not the whole fleet. You set the frequency of reports either weekly, monthly or a custom time period, keeping data costs low and freeing up the valuable time of your fleet manager
• Be installed via a simple non-invasive fit that only draws power from an ignition live feed in the vehicle. The unit can also be installed by you or your own technicians
• Remotely report when a vehicle is involved in an accident ensuring the repair process is undertaken as you would wish
